Faculdade Rebouças
Higher-education platform work for FRCG's admissions, course discovery, student services, and learning operations.

The challenge
FRCG - Faculdade Rebouças de Campina Grande has to serve different audiences at once: prospective students comparing courses and entrance paths, active students accessing portals and learning systems, and internal teams keeping academic operations moving.
The work was broader than a marketing page. It covered the institutional website, admissions and course surfaces, test portal, API integrations, Moodle-connected workflows, student portal modernization, and delivery improvements that made releases safer.

Product impact

Admissions and course discovery
The public experience needs to move quickly from institutional trust to action: courses, Vestibular 2026, forms of admission, scholarships, financing, diploma validation, and student access all have to be findable without turning the homepage into a maze.
The platform work supported that broader academic funnel, connecting course discovery and admissions content with the systems students and staff rely on after the first visit.

Student services and learning operations
FRCG exposes a practical service layer around Minha Rebouças, Portal do Aluno, AVA/Sala Virtual, Biblioteca Digital, Portal Financeiro, Ouvidoria, and certificate or diploma validation. Those flows need reliability because they sit directly inside academic operations.
The work connected public-facing, administrative, and student-facing surfaces with API integrations, portal improvements, Moodle-related workflows, and CI/CD discipline that reduced production defects by 50%.

Infrastructure that backs the promise
A higher-education website has to do more than list courses. FRCG's public content shows the spaces behind the offer: veterinary facilities, anatomy and microbiology labs, Oralis, library, campus spaces, and other practice environments.
Using real institutional assets keeps the case study grounded in what students and clients can verify: the product work supports a school with visible infrastructure, not an abstract education landing page.

Outcome
A more stable and connected education ecosystem for FRCG, aligning the public website, student portals, learning workflows, integrations, and release process around a real institution with 12 undergraduate courses, 111 postgraduate offerings, and 20+ years in Campina Grande.
