The challenge

AorForms serves health insurance agents and business teams that need document signing to stay compliant while still moving quickly with clients. The public product promise is direct: replace paperwork with digital forms, SMS/email delivery, secure signatures, document tracking, and compliance support.

The implementation challenge was to make templates, contacts, form sending, scheduling, verification, audit status, team workflows, and AI-assisted voice signature support feel like one serious operating system instead of a collection of disconnected signing tools.

The product work focused on turning those compliance requirements into operational flows. Templates, contacts, team access, audit status, SMS/email delivery, and notifications needed to stay clear enough for everyday use while still supporting regulated workflows.
